SUPPORT TO FUTURE COMPUTER SECURITY PROFESSIONALS

In September 2021, the Lycée Guillaume Kroll in Esch-sur-Alzette launched the BTS cybersecurity, a higher education course in which Restena was involved from the very beginning. Restena has been involved in the future development of the BTS and shares its expertise with the students. Several collaborators are involved throughout the course and address three main challenges: secure access management, phishing attacks and security and privacy issues related to the DNS (Domain Name System). FileSender, the large file sharing service, is evolving towards increased data security and is opening to new Luxembourg organisations thanks to its connection with the eduID Luxembourg, the authentication and access authorisation service for websites. Read more

This publication raises awareness of the art of social engineering, provides information on the main techniques for collecting information and attack scenarios and provides advice on how to avoid and react to a social engineering attack. UPGRADE OF .LU IDENTITY AND WEB ENVIRONMENT

Restena has updated both visual identity and web environment of its service in charge of managing .lu domain names. With a refreshed identity, a new name ('Service .lu') and redesigned and revamped websites, Restena clarifies its activities as the .lu registry and a .lu accredited registrar. Read more
